Technology Advisor

We are seeking a Technology Advisor to provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot IT issues, and provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution to national users.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year work experience in related field
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware
• Experience with desktop operating systems
• Extensive application support experience
• Prior experience providing IT support in a call center environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
