Accounts and Treasury Assistant

We Put the World on Vacation. The Accounting Treasury Assistant is a member of the RCI Finance team located in Clark, Philippines, providing a shared services to the Travel & Membership business in various regions.

Requirements

• Performance of posting/reconciliation of bank accounts daily, and monthly bank and account reconciliations, payment processing and cover for other staff members.
• Operational Accounting tasks such as completing Direct Debit financial processes, creating AR invoices, receipts and journal postings into the Oracle accounting system, and investigating and resolving member queries.
• Month End Close tasks such as reconciling balance sheet accounts, investigating unidentified transactions and preparing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with all regional and corporate policies.
• Process Improvement tasks such as reviewing processes for any opportunity for improvement and implementing process improvements, and communicating directly with Finance teams and internal & external customers.
