We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to perform all facets of the operations department, including tour reception, gifting, and contracts, in accordance with T+L Standard Operating Procedures. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support to internal departments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- One year of general office experience
- One year of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in the use of the Central Reservation System (CRS) or EPNY
