Job Description
We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to perform various administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, one year of general office experience, and one year of customer service experience.
Requirements
- Greet and qualify touring guests
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Distribute premiums to guests
- Data entry of all tour and gifting information
- Prepare and balance cash, down payments, site stats
- File and secure all documents
- Prepare Timeshare Sales Contracts
- Assist Supervisor in support of Sales Staff
