Customer Liaison Officer

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will guide members through the finance application process, collect and validate financial information, and perform quality and compliance checks. You will also liaise with members to clarify information and resolve discrepancies, and act as the key point of contact between Soles, Members, and Finance.
