Requirements

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage outlets
• Provide exceptional customer service to owners
• Inspire and create a fun activities program with a range of interesting activities and functions for guests within the resort
• Manage floor staff during a function
• Recruit, select, and induct suitable staff in line with company policies and procedures
• Identify and facilitate any staff training and development requirements
• Provide coaching and support in developing and promoting a productive and performance-focused workforce culture
