Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Services Associate III to provide exceptional service to guests at WorldMark Kingstown Reef Resort in Orlando, FL. As a friendly and welcoming team member, you will be responsible for registering guests, handling cash and credit transactions, and resolving guest inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
