Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Services Associate to provide warm welcomes, excellent service, and contagious smiles to make guests' vacations memorable from registration to checkout. The role involves processing cash and credit card transactions, balancing cash receipts, and responding to guest inquiries.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
