Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CA qualifications (or working towards) desirable but not essential
- Experience in accounting within hospitality, property, or a services environment
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting controls
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with financial systems such as PeopleSoft or similar ERP platforms
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems desirable
- Exposure to trust accounting within a Management Rights business model highly regarded
- The ability to build strong working relationships with operational stakeholders
