In House Marketing Coordinator

In house marketing coordinator position with Travel + Leisure Co. responsible for marketing to prospective and current owners within our resorts, scheduling guests for sales presentations, and serving as a positive and professional brand ambassador.

Requirements

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
• Maintain minimum performance goals (80% time)
