Job Description
We Put the World on Vacation: Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. In this role, you will work as a marketing coordinator in the Napa area, scheduling guests for presentations, and incentivizing prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours.
Requirements
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
- Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- Maintain minimum performance goals (80% time)
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
