Requirements

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance
• Perform plumbing maintenance, including soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings
• Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures, prevent and trouble shoot possible electric hazards
• Complete preventative programs on all systems, such as HVAC
• Repair interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings
• Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor
• Adhere to the company's safety programs
