The Resort Marketing Manager supports Brand Strategy and local Resort Operations leadership in developing and executing integrated marketing, communications, and community engagement strategies. The role is responsible for day-to-day implementation of marketing initiatives, content management, and ensuring brand messaging is consistent across all digital, media, and community channels.
Requirements
- Manage and implement content for on-property touchpoints
- Develop and execute localized brand and marketing initiatives
- Liaise with corporate brand marketing, communications, digital, media, and social media teams
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, F&B, events) to support promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, digital assets, and storytelling
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting
- Maintain brand standards while adapting campaigns to resonate with the local market and target audiences
