Sales Concierge

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Sales Concierge to join its team. The Sales Concierge will be responsible for in-person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within the company's resorts, scheduling guests to meet with a representative for a presentation, and serving as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.

Requirements

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
