Job Description
Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines
- Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing transactions on a daily basis
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports
- Recruiting future sales associates
