As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to bring your love of exceptional food & service to life, providing our guests a memorable experience at our Club Wyndham Wanaka Resort. This is a full time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Requirements
- Managing the culinary operations reporting directly to the Head Chef/General Manager of the Resort
- Supervising the culinary brigade and overseeing services
- Providing high quality dishes from concept creation to presentation at the highest standard
- Ordering, maintaining and managing stock and par levels while reducing wastage
- Assisting in roster preparation and managing manning levels in line with budget requirements
- Maintaining strict food hygiene and safety
