Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to provide quality results for our guests by performing general facility maintenance, service requests, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have basic handyman skills and a positive attitude with a team focus.
Requirements
- Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision
- Perform service requests and repairs as directed
- Clean and maintain outside landscape
- Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor
