Stitcher Operator (3rd shift)

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Folder Equipment Operator to setup, operate, and maintain folding equipment while ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards. The role involves troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, training and mentoring employees, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Machine Operation experience, preferably with folding equipment
• Ability to comprehend number sequencing and recognize errors
• Ability to work with numbers
• Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Has good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment
• Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees
• Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal
• Reacts to change productively and handles other tasks assigned
• A service-oriented individual with a high energy, positive and friendly demeanor
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
