Inland Marine Underwriter, Account Executive

Travelers is seeking an Inland Marine Underwriter, Account Executive to partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. The role requires managing profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business, underwriting and negotiating customer accounts, and cultivating relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Three to five years of relevant underwriting experience with experience in inland marine
• Knowledge of inland marine products, the regulatory environment, and the local insurance market
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Communication skills
• CPCU designation
