Job Description
Travelers is seeking a Major Case Commercial General Liability Claim Representative to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of bodily injury litigation claim handling experience and advanced knowledge in coverage, liability, and damages analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years bodily injury litigation claim handling experience
- Advanced level knowledge in coverage, liability and damages analysis
- Thorough understanding of business line products, policy language, exclusions, ISO forms, and effective claims handling practices
- Technical ability/working knowledge of virtual tools (zoom, skype, etc)
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced coaching, influence and persuasion skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technology aptitude
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy
- High School Degree or GED required with a minimum of 4 years bodily injury litigation claim handling or comparable claim litigation experience
