Outside Property Claim Associate

Outside Property Claim Associate who takes care of our customers, our communities and each other by providing assurance to our customers during life's rainy days. Receives comprehensive training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation. Develops skills and knowledge to successfully manage 1st party property claims. Requires participation in structured training classes, investigation and evaluation of claims, communication with customers and internal stakeholders, and adaptation to new technology implementations.

Requirements

• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for insureds and claimants
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and make effective decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Basic conflict resolution skills with willingness to learn advanced techniques for facilitating productive discussions and negotiations
