Senior Data & AI Engineer

Travelers is seeking a Senior Data & AI Engineer to accelerate growth and transformation of our analytics landscape by designing, building, and deploying data solutions that capture, explore, transform, and utilize data to support Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and business intelligence/insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM related field or equivalent
• Ten years of related experience
• Expertise designing and building scalable, self-healing, cloud-native distributed compute data pipelines
• Hands-on experience building analytics pipelines using transformation frameworks
• Expertise designing and deploying production-grade, multi-agent AI applications
• Strong foundational knowledge of large language model APIs
• Advanced knowledge of tools, techniques, and manipulation
• Strong delivery skills including automated tests and informed feedback loops
• Demonstrated track record of domain expertise
• Strong problem solver who utilizes data and proofs of concepts
