Customer Service Consultant will interact with customers via all channels to provide excellent Customer Service, resolve issues, and recommend products/services. Key responsibilities include processing sales and customer service calls, responding to customer queries, and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of GDS
- Experience in the Travel industry
- Previous experience in e-commerce/online is preferable
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and Practices
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Flexible and able to multitask
- Diligent, accurate and details-oriented
