Job Description
The Financial Service Representative is the face of the credit union, managing member relationships and providing professional advice to members. The role involves developing long-term relationships with members, delivering a delightful member experience, and promoting team relationships.
Requirements
- Ability to provide positive and timely service
- Ability to resolve problems with empathy, accuracy, and timeliness
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong math skills including rate, ratio and percentage calculations
- Ability to work as an effective team member in a team environment
- Possesses a passion for helping people
- Ability to travel to all TCU locations
- Must be flexible with work schedule to include working on Saturdays as needed
