Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for accurately accounting for all donations and incoming monies, upholding excellent communication skills with donors and team members, and the ability to multi-task while changing workflow based on priority.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Financial Software and Tools to streamline and automate processes
• Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Suite, and other programs
• High ethical standards, ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fast and proficient typing abilities
• Self-starter and multi-tasking abilities
• Detail-oriented
• Completes tasks and deadlines on time
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
