Job Description
As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you will assist in translating raw data into actionable business insights, supporting Opex reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as contributing to the Month-End Close reporting process. You will help build business cases and inform internal stakeholders regarding their financial performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience within financial controlling, accounting, or a high-level FP&A internship.
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Business Management. A master's degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work from a transactional level up to a consolidated P&L view.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with, influence, and collaborate at a senior level.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential; familiarity with BI tools or ERP systems is a significant plus.
