Logistics Data Analyst

The Logistics Data Analyst will execute Trax’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High level of professionalism and ability to work with all organizational levels
• Enthusiastic to gain practical experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
