Rate Loading Analyst (LDA III)

The Rate Loading Analyst will execute Trax's rate loading process to maintain rate contracts and rate cards for client accounts globally, collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality service, and prioritize tasks to achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements.

Requirements

• LDA II certified in Trax
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously
• Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and ability to explain data insights to carriers and customers
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High level of professionalism and ability to work with all organizational levels
• Enthusiastic to gain practical experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
• Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule for 24/5 coverage
