We are looking for a GTA Project Manager/Functional Consultant to lead our key projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Steering Committee: Plan and chair steering committees to track project progress and make strategic decisions.
- Project Committee: Organize and chair project committees to ensure coordination between stakeholders.
- Recipe tracking committee: Supervise recipe tracking committees to validate deliverables and functional tests, and ensure solution quality and customer satisfaction.
- Update project planning: Collaborate with the client to update and track project planning.
- Update risk matrix: Identify, evaluate, and track project risks in collaboration with the client.
- Pilot the handover plan: Ensure project transition and production.
- Arbitrations and Go/No Go: Make critical decisions on key project steps and handover points.
- Animate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in the project.
- Methodological proposal: Be a force for proposing project methodology (management and consulting) and adapt processes for a full SaaS application in agile development.
- Functional workshops: Organize, frame, and animate functional workshops to define client needs, whether on new topics or based on existing projects.
- Accompanying development teams: Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of the challenges and elements to develop/parameterize.
- Level 1 parameterization: Actively participate in TRAXXEO solution parameterization.
- Recipe phase: Accompany the client during the recipe phase, guiding and challenging them to ensure quality deliverables.
- Project team and client training: Participate in training project teams and clients on GTA solutions.
- Analytical and synthetic spirit, proposal strength.
- Experience in project management: As a project manager or consultant in the GTA or payroll field, ideally in the construction sector.
- Functional skills: Solid experience in animating functional workshops, accompanying clients, and knowledge in parameterizing solutions.
- Good knowledge of project methodologies, ideally in agile, and ability to propose and adapt project methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to animate meetings and interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly and effectively identify, anticipate, analyze, and resolve problems.
