As a Customer Support Specialist at Treatwell, you will answer phone calls, emails, and chats, and be the first point of contact for both customers and salon partners.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of extra languages (French, German) is a plus
- Eye for detail without losing efficiency
- Well-organized and proactive
- Flexible availability from Monday to Friday
