Become a full-time Field Sales Team Lead at Treatwell in North Rhine-Westphalia (Cologne, Düsseldorf, Bonn, Dortmund, Essen, Duisburg) and lead a regional field sales team to drive growth in the region.

Requirements

• At least two years of leadership experience in field sales
• Leadership as motivation, inspiration, and role model, not as micromanagement
• Confident and persuasive sales skills, especially in SaaS sales
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Ability to work with KPIs and think entrepreneurially
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to lead by example
