Job Description
Become a full-time Team Lead Field Sales at Treatwell in NRW (Cologne, Düsseldorf, Bonn, Dortmund, Essen, Duisburg). As a Team Lead Field Sales, you will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a regional sales team (7-9 colleagues).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the field
- SaaS sales experience
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to analyze KPIs and lead feedback conversations
