Field Service Technician

We are seeking a Field Service Technician who will play a vital role in delivering solutions to company clients. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and controls experience, particularly with CNC machines and controls/PLC’s.

Requirements

• Install and configure Tool Load Monitoring, Adaptive Controls, and Machine Monitoring systems on-site at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to system functionality, performance, and integration.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical manuals, user guides, and installation instructions.
• Provide feedback from field installations to assist in refining and improving Company’s products.
• Train customers on the use and maintenance of installed systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain necessary travel documentation (e.g., passport, visas).
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
