Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor at TreeHouse Foods, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the Forest Park, GA, plant, ensuring efficient and safe functioning of machinery and equipment. You'll lead a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and maintenance management software
