Job Description
The Multicraft Mechanic in Marietta, GA is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of the facility's tea manufacturing equipment, material handling systems, and general building and site infrastructure.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude Assessment
- Millwright experience in an industrial or food manufacturing environment
- Proven experience maintaining high-speed packaging equipment in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing settings
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems
- Practical experience with conveyors, bulk material handling systems, welding, and fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints to diagnose and complete repairs effectively
