Job Description
We have an outstanding opportunity for an Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team at our Womelsdorf, PA facility, a manufacturer of quality confections. This role will support the implementation and sustainment of the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS) while working to improve supply chain processes and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Operations, Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies or project-based work
