Operator II, 3rd Shift

The Operator II role at the Manawa location provides support to the Oatmeal Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. The role includes inspecting material, products, and containers, loading raw materials and packaging, recording production data, and performing quality checks.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator
