Oven Operator

The Oven Operator is responsible for operating and adjusting oven controls, monitoring oil levels, and performing prescribed checks to ensure the final product meets quality indicators. The role involves following safety regulations, maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process, and performing various functions including checking bake weight, oiled weight, seasoned weight, and product dimensions every 15 minutes.

• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Read, write, and communicate fluently in English
• Use or learn to use equipment, tools, and computer systems required to perform the job
