Plant Manager

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Plant Manager for their Hanover, PA, plant. The role involves leading overall plant operations, employee engagement, safety, quality, and production objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a production or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience leading in a union environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
