Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our Northlake, TX, plant, ensuring smooth production operations, maximizing productivity, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
- At least three years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
