Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
• At least one to two years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
