Job Description
TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the QA team and programs for the Wayland, MI site. The role upholds product quality, food safety, and sanitation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising the QA team, implementing and maintaining QA programs, conducting GMP and sanitation audits, and providing quality and food safety training for employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Biology, or a related field (preferred)
- SQF Practitioner certification (preferred)
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience auditing quality systems & manufacturing practices
- Experience developing and conducting employee training
- Excellent problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
