Quality Assurance Supervisor

TreeHouse Foods is a leading manufacturer of private label packaged foods and beverages. As the site Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will oversee the Quality Assurance team and programs for the Lancaster, PA site, a manufacturer of quality pretzels. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: supervising and developing the Quality Assurance team, overseeing QA programs, conducting GMP and sanitation audits, and providing quality and food safety training for employees at all levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree or higher in food science, biology or related field preferred
• SQF Practitioner certification and Food Defense Program leadership experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience auditing quality systems & manufacturing practices
• Experience developing and conducting employee training
• Excellent problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office
