Lumber, Firewood Sales and Customer Service Associate

The Lumber & Firewood Sales and Customer Service Person will support Treeline’s sawmill, woodyard, service center, and materials operations by maximizing sales of lumber, mill by-products, firewood, and aggregate materials while providing excellent, ongoing customer service.

Requirements

• Contribute to developing and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent, ongoing customer service to all customers and internal team members.
• Actively promote and sell lumber, mill by-products, and firewood products to individuals, businesses, and contractors.
• Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in product selection and quantities.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with drivers and yard personnel.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Support sales team members as needed based on workload and availability.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and daily operational needs.
