Trek is looking for a Sales Associate to provide incredible hospitality to customers and change the world by getting more people on bikes. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a passion for working with like-minded teammates.
Requirements
- Develop sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 annually.
- Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules.
- Complete Daily Task List assignments, including merchandising, cycle counts, and assembling bicycles.
- Provide incredible hospitality to customers and use the Guide Sales Process to meet their needs.
