Job Description
Trek is seeking a Sales Associate to provide incredible hospitality to customers and change the world by getting more people on bikes. The Sales Associate will help achieve Trek’s Mission by taking customers through their cycling goals and providing a great experience on their rides.
Requirements
- Develop sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets
- Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology
- Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules
- Complete Daily Task List assignments
- Maintain all aspects of store merchandising
- Complete weekly Cycle Counts
- Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles
- Prep customer bikes for service
