Business Process Engineer

Treliant is looking for Business Process Engineers with experience in the financial services industry for remote, project-based opportunities. Responsibilities include process mapping, gap analysis, and communication with team members and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of business process modeling
• 5+ years of financial services experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Six sigma and Lean a plus
• Process data analytics and value stream mapping a plus
• Proficient in BPM tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with others as well as independently and with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Prior consulting experience preferred
