Job Description
Trella Health is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Data Science & Engineering team. The role involves turning medical and pharmacy claims data into actionable insights within their SaaS solution. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in data science, preferably within the healthcare space, and advanced SQL and Python skills. They will work cross-functionally with the data engineering, product, and data quality teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality data pipelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data science, preferably within healthcare space
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Experience working with Databricks
- Understanding of data lineage
- Experience with statistical modeling
- Knowledge of medical claims data and medical coding systems
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with software development tools
