Job Description
Skyhigh Security is seeking a Manager, Engineering to lead the Java Backend team and ensure architectural integrity, foster a culture of engineering excellence, and align technical execution with business strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in backend software engineering
- 3-5 years in a formal leadership/management role
- Deep expertise in the Java/Spring Boot ecosystem
- Proven track record of building and scaling distributed systems and microservices
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Strong understanding of relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra) databases
