Job Description
Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a 3rd Shift Certified Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair process and facility equipment. This role involves implementing preventative maintenance (PM) programs and supporting LEAN initiatives to minimize unplanned production interruptions. The position requires reliable facility support processes and utilities management.
Requirements
- Comply with all safety policies.
- Implement preventative maintenance and optimize the PM program.
- Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities.
- Diagnose/troubleshoot faulty equipment and systems.
- Assist with process hazard analysis (PHA) teams.
- Maintain communication with contractors and support facilities.
- Manage multiple priorities and work overtime.
